অর্ডার বাতিলের নীতিমালা – প্রতিদিন অনলাইন লিমিটেড

১. গ্রাহকের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল:

• অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের আগে বা শিপমেন্টের আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

• একবার পণ্য ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হলে, আর বাতিল করা যাবে না।

• বাতিল করতে চাইলে, 01754408708 নম্বরে কল করুন অথবা pratidin.online.limited@gmail.com ইমেইলে আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর সহ যোগাযোগ করুন।

২. প্রতিদিন অনলাইন লিমিটেডের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল:
নিম্নোক্ত কারণে প্রতিদিন অনলাইন লিমিটেড যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে:

• পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা

• মূল্য বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি

• পেমেন্ট যাচাইয়ে ব্যর্থতা

• নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে ডেলিভারি সেবা না থাকা

এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে জানানো হবে এবং যদি পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকে, তবে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

৩. বাতিলকৃত অর্ডারের রিফান্ড:

যদি অর্ডার শিপ করার আগে বাতিল নিশ্চিত হয় এবং পেমেন্ট করা থাকে, তাহলে ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হবে।

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

• Customers can request cancellation before the order is processed or shipped.

• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

• To cancel an order, please call 01754408708 or email pratidin.online.limited@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Order Cancellation by Pratidin Online Limited:
Pratidin Online Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

• Product out of stock

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment verification failure

• Delivery service unavailability at customer’s location

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If the cancellation is confirmed before shipment and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
